This wine brings together two of Crete's most celebrated native white varieties: Vilana, known for its crisp, citrusy, and refreshing character, and Vidiano, which contributes a rich, velvety texture and deep aromatic complexity.
Rehitis White pours a brilliant straw-yellow color with green reflections. On the nose, it opens with an inviting bouquet of fresh lemon blossom, green apple, and juicy pear, beautifully layered with Vidiano's signature notes of ripe peach and apricot. On the palate, it is delightfully crisp and vibrant, offering a clean, mouth-watering acidity and a medium body that leaves a lasting, refreshing fruit finish.
Food Pairing: An exceptional match for Mediterranean summer dishes. It pairs perfectly with fresh seafood, fried small fish, green salads with goat cheese, or light pasta with garlic and olive oil.
